Be Postive

Keep Your Thoughts Positive

Keep your thoughts positive because your thoughts become your words.

Keep your words positive because your words become your behaviors.

Keep your behaviors positive because your behaviors become your habits.

Keep your habits positive because your habits become your values.

Keep your values positive because your values become your destiny.

Mahatma Gandhi (1869–1948)

NO MORE EXUSES!

During my 10+ years in the fitness industry,
I've heard EVERY excuse in the book.

I don't have time. (you do have 4 minutes)

I'm tired. (get over it)

I don't want to get bulky. (that's a myth)

I can't afford a treadmill. (walk outside)

These excuses usually come from people that are very capable of being fit, but for whatever reason, they have a hard time making the committment to themselves.

Then you have those that have what we may consider real excuses...cancer, brain damage, they are blind, missing limbs and/or othere appendages. However, I have trained clients that have had all these adversities and yet they still get results...improved quality of life. Isn't that why we all really workout and strive to inspire and motivate others, so we can live our best life possible!?!

Watching this incredible video reminded me how YOU are
really capable of anything.

And I mean ANYTHING.

Yours in Health and Fitness,
